After the Battle of Vakland Flats many of the rebellious forces dissipated, spreading to all reaches of Tolland and even other neighboring countries. Though initially meant to help them maintain lower profiles, this near-migration just helped to spread the urge to rebel.This marked what would be called, the Rebellious Whispers. With every boastful drunkard and every brave bard, word spread of the Crown's growing unchecked power and soon the number of unnerved citizens grew to phenomenal numbers and within weeks a full-scale rebellion was born and unleashed upon the Chancellor, Mannen Ortilar.
